Taking a time out from the hustle and bustle of the day to day is essential.
Tonight, why don’t you try drawing a nice bath- add some of your favorite bath salts
, light some candles or incense, tune into your favorite play list and last but not least, close that bathroom door!
Shutting yourself away and taking a bath for at least 20 minutes is a great way to end the day.
You’ll get some quality "me time" to relax and unwind and it'll help you sleep so much better during the night.
Warning - Don't allow the following ruin a perfectly good soak:
-You spend your time sitting in the tub worrying about what’s on tomorrow’s agenda.
-You bring your cell phone into the bathroom with you (though you ignore the calls and don’t pick up this just sends your mom into a panic, so she keeps calling and calling…).
-You forget to close the door completely and your dog snoops in to investigate.
-Your bath gets interrupted by the sudden urge to pee and you have to hop out.
