If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or if we have made an error on your shipment, please accept our apologies and contact us within 30 days of receipt, so we can correct the error as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS, NON-DELIVERABLE & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Orders that have been returned to us will be handled in a timely manner by our customer service department. If we have made an error, we will re-send the shipment to the correct address immediately at no cost to you. If the customer has made the address error, the customer will need to pay the cost of reshipping at a rate of $12.95* per box.

If the customer has refused the shipment because they changed their mind on the order, the order will be treated as a return.

RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If your order shipped for free is returned and not considered faulty, damaged or shipped in error, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for originally shipping the order to you and for return shipping costs.
